**IMPORTANT: JMBA Rewards is a complimentary membership benefit. Reward points have NO CASH VALUE and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred, sold, or converted into membership/account credit.**

Only active JMBA members are eligible to earn points. Members who cancel have 30 days from their official membership end date to redeem any remaining eligible points. After 30 days, unused points are no longer redeemable.

Points may still appear in your Perkville account after they have expired or become ineligible. **A visible point balance does not guarantee that points are redeemable and does not represent money, store credit, or any cash value.**

Membership Eligibility

The JMBA Rewards Program is a complimentary benefit offered to active Jose Morales Boxing Academy members. Only individuals with an active, qualifying JMBA membership are eligible to earn points.

Earning Points

Eligible members may earn points through qualifying activities offered by JMBA, including attendance, referrals, reviews, purchases, promotions, challenges, events, or other activities designated by JMBA.

Points may only be earned while the member's qualifying membership is active. JMBA reserves the right to correct, adjust, or remove points that were awarded in error, duplicated, or obtained through misuse of the program.

Redeeming Points

Reward redemption is subject to membership status, point eligibility, and reward availability.

Having points displayed in your Perkville/JMBA Rewards account does not automatically mean those points are eligible for redemption. Points may continue to appear after a membership has ended or after the points have otherwise become ineligible.

**Visible points are not guaranteed to be redeemable.**

JMBA reserves the right to verify membership status and point eligibility before honoring any reward.

No Cash Value

JMBA Rewards points and rewards:

* Have **no cash or monetary value**
* Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash
* Cannot be refunded for cash
* Cannot be sold or transferred to another person or account
* Cannot be converted into JMBA account credit
* Cannot be applied toward past-due balances or membership dues unless specifically authorized by JMBA
* Do not represent money owed to the member by JMBA

Unused, expired, forfeited, or otherwise ineligible points are not eligible for reimbursement or compensation.

Cancellation & 30-Day Redemption Period

When a JMBA membership is canceled, the member has **30 days from their official membership end date** to redeem any remaining eligible points.

Former members will not earn additional points during this 30-day period.

After the 30-day period, all remaining points are considered expired and are no longer redeemable, regardless of whether the points continue to appear in Perkville.

Expiration or forfeiture of points does not entitle the member to cash, refunds, account credit, replacement rewards, or other compensation.

It is the member's responsibility to redeem eligible points before the 30-day redemption period expires.

Membership Holds

Members whose memberships are on hold may not earn or redeem points while their membership is inactive unless otherwise approved by JMBA.

Rewards & Promotions

Rewards are subject to availability. Point requirements, available rewards, earning opportunities, promotions, and redemption requirements may change at JMBA's discretion.

Redeeming points does not guarantee the availability of a particular product, service, event, or promotion.

Misuse & Point Adjustments

JMBA reserves the right to adjust or remove points, cancel rewards, suspend participation, or remove an account from the Rewards Program in cases of errors, duplicate points, false referrals, fraud, manipulation, or misuse.

Program Changes

JMBA reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue the Rewards Program, including its rewards, point values, earning opportunities, eligibility requirements, and program rules.

Participation in JMBA Rewards constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
